Thank you for this informative post, I sometimes worry that Google will cut me off one day and that would be about 60% - 70% of my earnings. I’ve been trying hard to find other sources of revenue but nothing else seems to convert for me like adsense, I’ll just have to keep trying.

I like your domain name - BeautifulAndHappy.com. What a great combination! Once Google disables your account, it’s very hard to get it back. I wouldn’t count on it.

On the other hand, I would be a little more patient in trying to grow your site’s income. Don’t put up too many ads all over your page as this will turn visitors away. Start thinking about posting content that people would want to read. Grow your site’s reputation and how you can benefit your readers.

Many people are trying to make a buck off the starting block and it doesn’t work that way 99.9% of the time.

thanks for this post. My adsense was disabled just yesterday, and bummer I got $80 dollars there, supposedly my first pay! I am a newbie, so that goes half of my earnings. Though I got other ads, and paid post, but i am now planning to optimize other means just in case adsense wont reinstate my account.

If Google were to attack other forms of advertising, such as 125×125’s like you mentioned, they would find themselves defending their action in US Federal Court and EU Courts rather quickly. They would be open to massive losses due to class action lawsuits. I hope they aren’t this stupid.

As for 125×125 prices, I’ve undercut the competition by offering them for free. I plan to make it up in volume!
