Every now and then I like to find out more about young people who have successful blogs or successful young people who have blogs.
I found another one - Jessica Mah. At 17, she’s already been through a few entrepreneurial ventures of her own including owning a web hosting company at age 13. At the moment, according to her bio, she is in college and working on her other blog called Startupism.

Then, there’s Fabien who’s 15 and runs Small Fish Big Money. He’s a budding web designer as well.
Check out his blog.

Hey there!
Thanks for the mention on your blog. I’m not sure how well I apply to your concept of being a “money making blog,” but I find that the value I get from having a blog far exceeds the monetary value of posting ads on my blog.
To date, I’ve been offered over $15,000 in conferences passes, party invitations, and new electronics. Sure, I could probably get all of that too if I posted ads, but whatever!

Hi Jess,
No prob. You fall into the category of “young, successful bloggers” - how about that? As you said, some of the value derived from a blog is indirect but those rewards are just as beneficial as the direct monetary rewards of sponsored ads.
Thanks for stopping by.
Hey Hock,
Thanks for posting about my blog, I always appreciate some extra exposure. I will definitely try and get a mention in the form of a blurb in a blog post soon.
I would be happy to do an interview as well, just in case you are interested.
Thanks again,
Kind Regards,
Fabien
Hi Fabien,
I’ll get in touch with you about the interview. Thanks for dropping by.
